Instructions
Add your milk and dried lavender to a pot and bring to a gentle simmer. Once simmering, cover and remove from the heat and let sit for 10 minutes. If you let it sit longer the lavender flavor will be more pronounced.
In your coffee cup add your simple syrup and espresso.
Pour in your warm lavender-infused milk and give a quick stir to ensure the simple syrup is incorporated.
To make this a cold drink, chill the infused milk and add a few ice cubes.
